November 9, 2021—Carbon County—Carbon County Visitors’ Council is excited to celebrate the Anniversary of the Continental Divide Trail Designation. “Outdoor recreation is as important to Americans today as it was back in 1925 when Benton MacKaye, father of the Appalachian Trail, cast his vision of the first formed trail,” said Leslie Jefferson, CEO, CCVC.
